Research on the Synergistic Teaching Mode of Microlecture, Seminar and Team Teaching under the Background of Internet + Education

In the era of "Internet + Education", the synergistic teaching of microlecture, seminar and team teaching, which combing online and offline learning, classroom theoretical learning and social practice, is an effective way to deepen the reform of higher education, strengthen the integration of theory and practice, and cultivate interdisciplinary talents. This paper firstly summarizes the connotation and implementation status of microlecture, seminar and team teaching, then analyzes the significance of synergy of the three methods for students, teachers and enterprises, and finally explores the implementation and innovation of school-enterprise team teaching by using microlecture and seminar, so as to design synergistic teaching mode among the three.
