The importance of training effect assessment in the training management system is self-evident. As we usher in the new age of "Internet +", the "Internet+ training" model has become a dominating trend for training in enterprises. In the meantime, new features of training assessment are emerging with regard to the assessment idea, assessment method, assessment dimension and assessment atmosphere. In this study, these new features are analyzed, the measures for training assessment in enterprises in the age of "Internet +" are proposed, including identifying the fundamental principle of training assessment, selecting proper assessment models and methods, designing a reasonable assessment indicator system and paying attention to the feelings of employees involved.
