For the network model of the industrial control systems of the energy carrier parameters a structure and algorithm for the functioning of the transport layer is established, which ensures the reception and transmission of the information over the radio channel in the industrial control system, and also transfers data to the upper level of the system through various communication channels and the corresponding software. The data transmission device, which is the main element of the transport level of the system, is designed for receiving, storing, transmitting and displaying information. The transmission device provides communication between the hardware-software resources and the database server, which manages the operation of the system. For the data transmission device the algorithm and software are developed.
