Analysis on the Reform of the People's Jury System — Combined with the Jury Law

摘要

Based on written judgments of administrative cases manually collected from "China Judgment Online", the "Microscopic Data Set of Maoming Municipal Administrative Proceedings for 2018" is built to empirically study the influence of the age, education and collegiate type of the people's jurors on the plaintiff's win rate . Verify the correlation between the plaintiff's success rate in the administrative cases in Mainland China and the age, education and collegiate type of the people's jurors, and further study how to optimize the comprehensive selection system.
