摘要

A modified reflection coefficient model is proposed by introduced higher-order Physical Optics rough surface reflection coefficient. The new model can predict the Brewster angle as well as the migration more accurately. The accuracy of this new model is demonstrated by the comparisons with measured values and traditional model. Then the modified reflection coefficient is applied to Four-Path Method, which can calculate the coupling scattering between targets and rough surfaces reasonably. The work in this paper is of great significance for research on coupling scattering between targets and surfaces and anti-multipath interference.
