Spectrum Sensing is the fundamental requirement of Cognitive radio Network to dynamically access the available spectrum when Primary User (PU) is not utilizing it. A Fuzzy logic based Cooperative Spectrum Sensing (FL-CSS) scheme has been proposed for this purpose. Each Cognitive radio User (CRU) sense the spectrum using Energy Detector. The results of all CRUs along with their Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and decision difference of a node with all other nodes in a Cooperative environment are combined at Fusion Center using Fuzzy Logic to get reliable results of Spectrum Sensing. The proposed scheme shows 4%, 7% and 10% better results of detection probabilities than Cluster Sensing, Cooperative Sensing and Energy Detector respectively in the simulations.
