摘要

This paper presents a gas density detection chip based on tunable laser technology. A adjustable current output range and step-adjustable high-precision laser drive circuit is designed to provide appropriate current to meet the requirements of multiple gas detection. A signal processing circuit which consists of a wide input range readout circuit and a two-step FLASH-SAR ADC is used for current signal collecting, and analog-digital conversion. The chip can generate a adaptive 16-bit current within a limit of 0-14mA and collect 10nA-10mA current for 16-bit analog-digital conversion. The supply voltage is 3.3V and the clock frequency is 20MHz. The chip is implemented by using a UMC 110nm CMOS process.
