Integrated DFB Lasers on Si3N4Photonic Platform for Chip-Scale Atomic Systems

780 nm wavelength distributed feedback lasers have been integrated onto a Si₃N₄ photonic platform on a Si substrate and coupled into waveguides for laser locking to either a ring resonator or rubidium vacuum cell.
