摘要

BAC demonstrated higher ammonium removal activity than virgin GAC. Volumetric ammonium removal rate of BAC was determined to be 3.95 gN/m~3 BAC/h by the column assay, which was higher than that observed in ozonated water. The effects of different factors including nutrient level on ammonium removal activity of BAC should be studied.
