The key components to execute a SPACE Cyber Test and Evaluation campaign exist today. The community, including AF Research Lab, Aerospace Corporation and AFSPC has invested in test beds and initial concepts, guided by USAF Cyber Vision 2025', published in 2012. It is now time to obtain consensus on the key research threads the community will pursue out of the large class of options currently available to enable spacecraft to "operate through" cyber threats as envisioned in the Space Enterprise Vision. This paper will identify concepts, approaches, and methods that can support cost-effective testing, evaluation, continuous risk mitigation assessments of software-driven, networked and possibly autonomous combinations of complex systems technologies applicable to spacecraft systems. The next step would be to deploy to an in-space testing environment, coined as the term "Edward of Space".
