Parallel Finite Element Method solver for Antenna Analysis

摘要

A parallel finite element solver based on the direct Substructuring Method is proposed to solve complex antenna problems with minimum memory cost. Thus, research groups with access to medium-low size HPC platforms are able to perform large electromagnetic simulation that, through traditional FEM solvers, are impossible to success. Also, a better memory distribution is achieved with the consequent improvement in performance and stability using HPC platforms.
