Condition Monitoring Model of a Hydraulic System in Truck Crane

摘要

The truck crane is widely used in major infrastructural projects. Since the machinery often works under severe operational loading conditions, its hydraulic system tends to be a critical reliability component. In this paper, a condition monitoring model for the hydraulic system under three conditions, including normal, fault in the three-position four-way directional control valve, and fault in the balanced valve is developed. The parameters of interest include the system pressure, flow, and the moving speed. The experiment provides a reference for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system in a truck crane.
