As web inspection and defect detection systems continue to advance through camera advancements and data mining solutions, papermakers are faced with the challenge of not only the maintenance of a system, but also the application of the technology to meet the process control and quality needs. This talk will focus on how to transition from a basic service program to an application based approach to continually utilize the web inspection and defect detection needs to ever evolve quality concerns.
