The Current Status and Development Trend of the Prebaked Anode Market in China

摘要

The development and technological progress of the prebaked anode industry in recent years in China are summarized. The industry layout, the characteristics of raw materials, the independent anode enterprises, the pressure of environmental protection and energy recovery etc. are introduced and reviewed. It is pointed out that the following practices should be strengthened or improved: concentrated calcination of green petroleum cokes, long-term cooperation between independent anode producers and aluminium smelters, the industry standard for anode specifications, nearby baking of green anode blocks and environmental governance etc.
