Research on How to Improve the Core Competitiveness in the Construction Industry

In recent years, prefabricated building has become the construction industry trends because of energy saving, materials saving, and high quality. Therefore, developing prefabricated building for construction enterprises has become an inevitable choice. However, there is no impeccable theoretical research on how to enhance their core competitiveness in the process of construction industry. And construction enterprises have also encountered many problems in this process. This paper focuses on how enterprises to develop themselves in the construction industry. We analyzes the whole industrial chain process of construction industrialization, and then use case study to analysis the experience of Vanke, BROAD, CSCEC steel in the process of prefabricated building. At last this paper put forward plan aiming at different enterprises about improving their core competitiveness in the construction industry to achieve the transformation and upgrading.
