摘要

This paper proposes a novel production method for improving productivity of the integrated power-pack on EPS (Electric Power steering) systems. The proposed method mainly has effectiveness for mass production of combined motor-inverter system using the axial-type position sensor. Using the proposed method, the absolute position value is identified and synchronized between controller and sensor so that the motor operate the so-called “minimum rotation” in the production line. The proposed method is useful to reduce the production period, manufacturing cost for integrated motor-inverter systems compared with that of the conventional method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by experiments.
