The vertical accuracy of 50cm resolution Digital Surface Model (DSM) generated from World View-3 satellite stereo imagery was evaluated. The evaluation areas are in Miura peninsula, Tsukuba and Hakone which have different types of topography and features. The elevation errors based on the comparison with ground control points (GCPs) and airborne LiDAR data were approximately 0.2m RMSE and 1.1m RMSE, respectively.
