By applying the community health care into the management of chronic disease, to realize the transformation from the traditional passive health management mode to the active mode. Import and introduce the concept and characteristics of cloud computing based on analyzing the existing problems of the current medical information system, then put forward the overall architecture of the general medical information management system based on cloud computing. From the cloud computing layer, service provider layer and user access layer three aspects, respectively design the structure and realize the functions for the system, and also introduce the key technologies used in the process, such as Hadoop framework, MVC, data visualization, and chart controls. Display the effect of general medical information management system in the form of B/S structure. Finally summarize the advantages of cloud computing on medical information management, and looked forward the prospect of the medical data mining.
