In a Heterogeneous Networks (HetNet) various network exists. The entire network operates with different parameters and specifications. Different operating frequency has to made compatible under one HetNet environment. Various Wireless Technologies can exist Wi-Fi and Wi-Max are the basic primary technologies to support Internet connection. High data rate wireless communication can be achieved by integrating Wi-Fi and Wi-Max. The most challenging work is of designing W-imax and Wi-Fi control protocols and to design compatible links and Medium Access Control (MAC) layer protocols to improve the Quality of service between Wi-Max and Wi-Fi. However, the existing handover schemes are not dynamically adaptive to various real time system parameters and network characteristics. The severe load imbalance in the environment affects the performance utilization in terms of QoS and QoE. To address these problems, we propose machine learning based context aware handover decision mechanism which dynamically optimize the decision making and improve the overall network performance.
