Danger situations detection for the senior in toilet room using the center of gravity

Currently, many advanced countries are facing the problem of aging society. We challenge to design a senior protection system for protecting senior using image processing. This paper focus on protecting senior using in the toilet by detecting the dangerous situations in real-time. And these information will be sent to the family, hospital or the government for helping protect senior. In toilet room, we defined a dangerous area, and taking the images sequentially. When the senior in toilet room, the system corrects taken images, differs the images taken when the toilet room is occupied and when it is not occupied. Then do the binarization and calculate the center of gravity. When in the case of that center of gravity is in the danger area, the danger are detected.
