Parameters and methods used to evaluate cloud service providers: A survey

Cloud computing is a remarkable improvement in the digital landscape that has changed the way of Information Technology solutions are delivered and how end-users put them to use. The cloud computing environment is growing with numbers of cloud service providers and cloud customers. In this scenario, the main confront for cloud customer is to choose ideal service provider among similar services offered by several service providers. The consideration will differ on customers based on the type of service and the requirement of the service. Normally, Trust or Risk of the cloud service provider is calculated to rank the provider. This paper concisely describes the solution parameters which are used for calculation and methods that enables to select the best service provider.
