Printing and application of flexible and sodlerable electrodes for LED sheets

摘要

Flexible, solderable electrodes were prepared on paper and glass fiber cloth using screen-printing and solder-plating techniques. Such electrodes can be manufactured with low environmental impact and at a low cost. The prepared electrodes were subjected to heat resistance, heat cycles, and damp heat tests. Flexible LED sheets were successfully prepared using these electrodes.
