The most important task facing researchers working in the field of flaw detection is to increase the resolution of flaw detectors. One of the paramount tasks is the problem of monitoring various metal structures, welds, especially in railway transport, where defects in rail lashes can lead to accidents. Therefore, reliable flaw detection systems are very important. Most modern methods are limited in their application. So for acoustic flaw detectors, preliminary surface treatment and direct contact with the rail are necessary. Fluoroscopy is indispensable for checking thick rail lashes; the powder method is expensive. Many magnetic methods require preliminary magnetization, which is unrealistic for long rail lashes. The most suitable is the use of Hall converters. In this regard, the application of the Hall effect in flaw detection is relevant.
