摘要

The reliability of hump reducer is the key to the operation safety of heavy axle-load wagon at marshalling station. To ensure the normal operation of 27t axle-load wagon, China Academy of Railway Sciences is entrusted by Science and Technology Department of China Railway to test the hump humping of 27t axle-load wagon at marshalling station. Based on the simulation and statistical analysis of a large number of test data, the influences of existing conditions of hump station, hump controller and basic equipment to the humping of 27t axle-load wagon are comprehensive analyzed. The reducer equipment operation and maintaining measures during transition are proposed.
