Ion Fragments of TNT Produced by 1064 nm Laser Dissociation

摘要

The initiation of explosives by laser is a new initiation method.In order to give a better understanding of the mechanism of laser interaction with TNT, a time of flight mass spectrometer (TOFMS) was used to detect the positive ion fragments and the negative ion fragments produced in the 1064 nm laser dissociation process of TNT.Possible distrbution of the ion fragments was obtained.The influences of the laser intensity end the delay time to the ion fragments have also been studied.The results may promote the understanding laser dissociation process of TNT.
