摘要

The temperature dependences of normalized pseudogap and excess current of cuprate high temperature superconductors YBaCuO and BiPbSrCaCuO were obtained in the framework of modified model of local pairs with the Monte-Carlo method. It was shown at the temperature T = 130K for YBaCuO and T = 180 K for BiPbSrCaCuO the maximum pseudogap width coincides with the excess current deviation from linear dependence.
