The compact designed and automated laboratory set up allows to obtain porous anodic alumina and porous aluminum. Basic design and technical and operational parameters: voltage anodizing at potentiostatic mode ??? up to 300V, current anodizing about galvanostatic mode ??? up to 400 mA, the minimum temperature of ???4 ?? C, accuracy of temperature control ???1 ?? C. The samples of por-AhO3 and por-Al were also obtained with a period of the cells in 12 mm and 120 nm respectively. Porous aluminum and porous alumina is transparent in the visible range of radiation, but the shift in the ultraviolet region of the porous alumina begins to absorb radiation.
