At paper, LEDs, based on the solid solution of system AlGaInN with super-lattices, were explored. Basic parameters and characteristics were found. Solid solution compound of nitrides is selected to provide work at blue visible range. For comparison of parameters and characteristics metrological research was conducted with the simple solid solution as the blocking of the upper layer. Special design with super lattices structure potentially provides better quantum efficiency for LEDs of blue and complicated white light sources. At work were taken a family of spectral characteristics and other parameters of LEDs with difference upper blocking layer. This research was conduct with various temperatures of active zone. Temperatures were at range from 25 ??C to 100 ??C. A problem about quality of lab samples LEDs was discussing. Influence of implementation about upper blocking layer super-lattices structures were estimate.
