Housing is the necessities of life. Since China's housing market reform, the real estate market development speed is very fast. This caused the housing prices continued to rise, and many housing demanders cannot pay for it. In this context, China's government had put in a lot of policies to protect the real estate market, including financial policy, credit policy, land policy and tax policy and so on, which can be called "differentiation policy". But how they affect the real estate market? Through analyzing, the paper finds that the mechanism of diversified housing policy is consist of three parts, and that is the trading-mechanism, the supply-mechanism and the stock-mechanism.
