Research on Cooperation Mechanism and Operation Mode of Construction University-industry Knowledge Innovation Alliance

University-industry knowledge innovation alliance is an advanced form of university-industry cooperation alliance. This paper takes construction industry as the background, with analyzing the current situation of construction university-industry alliance, puts forward the concept of university-industry knowledge innovation alliance. According to the alliance's connotation and characteristics, it discusses the cooperative motivation mechanism, the partner selection mechanism, the interest distribution mechanism, the supervision and incentive mechanism and the intellectual property protection mechanism, and then puts forward the operation mode of university-industry knowledge innovation alliance. Finally, some policy suggestions are given for the current construction university-industry knowledge innovation alliance cooperation mechanism and operation mode. This study can provide specific ideas and implementation path to make effective policies for university-industry knowledge innovation alliance.
