The research is focused on the service quality of fresh meat cold chain in the context of the whole system, and it studies the key factors which affect the service quality of fresh meat cold chain from the perspective of quality management. The research aims to establish an evaluation system, describing the inner rules of the service quality management in fresh meat cold chain logistics, providing support for both service quality evaluation of fresh meat cold chain logistics and standardization of cold chain logistics service in China.
