Study on the Application of the Electronic Archives Management Technology Based on Virtualization Technology

Electronic archives management is the difficult but key point of business management and development. On the one hand, electronic archives management has become a new carrier of information storage in the modern times. On the other hand, the existing technical conditions and professional personnel are far from being sufficient. All these have brought about very big challenges to the electronic archives management. However, the application of the computer virtualization technology not only solves the problem of electronic archives management, and makes the multiple CPUs run jointly. Therefore, it improves the working efficiency of computer significantly, and provides the favorable conditions for enterprises in office automation as well. In view of this situation, the author analyzes the application of the electronic archives management technology based on virtualization technology.
