In this chapter, the secret information was embedded in the image according to the characteristics of human vision sensitivity. The hard c-means cluster was used to identify the complexity of the image, which can ensure a more detailed distinction of the stego-image. In the optimization of the LSBs substitution, a secret information was hidden in the minimum five bits of the complex region of the stego-image, which would not lead to a noticeable change in the quality of the stego-image. Compared with the results in literature, the quality of embedding result and the hiding capacity of the image were significantly improved. The scrambling technology based on spatio-temporal chaos mapping can be used to solve the problem that the hiding algorithm cannot provide the way of protecting the secret information. The initial parameters of the spatiotemporal chaos mapping can act as the private keys, which can provide larger key space. Experimental results showed the proposed algorithm can make a great improvement in both the imperceptibility and the quality of the cover-image.
