摘要

This paper presents the computer aided design (CAD) model and the computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation technologies for the analysis of the electromagnetic field shielding performances in a three phase miniature circuit breaker (MCB). The shields are used to reduce the electromagnetic field (EMF) interferences and induced current between the coils. The shielding capacity of different materials is studied, as well as the different thickness of the shielding material. A conclusion can be drawn, of what kind of material and material thickness is more suitable for this application fields.
