English listening comprehension is a problem that many schools and students and parents concern, and in order to improve the students' comprehensive English listening, many applications were used in the its teaching, but the effect was not good enough. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of listening strategies to teach listening, which includes a one-year practical teaching. Through collecting the teaching effect data, the application of statistical methods and fuzzy mathematics calculation method of listening strategies application effect analysis, it is concluded that listening strategies training is an effective way to improve students' listening, and it should become an important part of English listening teaching class.
