Low-carbon City Development Strategy of the Economic Circle around the Capital of China

摘要

This paper summarizes the general development pattern of low-carbon city, and then discusses the development strategy of economic circle around the capital of China (ECCC) from the perspective of city programming, planning and low-carbon technologies in accordance with the concrete situation in order to make suggestions on industry layout, planning concept and technology application.
