This paper introduces the design of suspension mechanism of a large load and big span Temporarily Installed Suspended Access Equipment (TISAE), and acquires the expression of each of component and the wire rope based on the typical equation of force method. Setting up the mathematical optimization model and writing a program search for the optimal positions of installing wire rope. Based on ANSYS analyze the general suspension organization structure and the new suspension organization. The new suspension mechanism may take larger work load.
