The WRAP has previously supported the work of western states to prepare their original RHR SIPs for each mandatory Class Ⅰ area, and is currently working with states to finalize a regional analysis to support the first reasonable progress reports from each western state that are due every 5 years. WRAP technical support for RHR progress consists of a project report that summarizes changes in emissions and monitoring data between the baseline and current monitoring period on regional, state and CIA specific levels. Analysis includes monitored data trends, and an assessment of the impacts of natural versus man-made emissions.
