Development status and countermeasures on Changsha old-age care institutions under the aging population background

In recent years, aging situation is increasingly grim in Changsha, showing the trend of large population base, fast growing, and aging aggravation, therefore social and family endowment pressure will come off. Furthermore, through investigation on development status of Changsha old-age care institutions, it is found that Changsha pension beds are contradictory and outstanding, regional imbalance in development is more prominent, and functional matching is unreasonable. Hence, the urgent problem to be resolved includes selecting proper endowment insurance mode, establishing elder security system, and constructing perfect social endowment service system.
