摘要

Occupational competency can be divided into different levels according to principles of system components. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine weights of factor and fuzzy evaluation method to define fuzzy judgment matrix of the influencing factor, we can gain scores backwards at all levels and components of influencing factor, which can provide judgment reason for student's occupational competency.
