On the possibility of generating low frequency whistlers in the lower ionosphere during the disturbances of different nature

It is experimentally shown that low frequency whistlers can be generated using the infrasound produced by heavy thunderstorm in the atmosphere and by powerful atmospheric fronts during the seasonal changes of the year.
