Research on China's real estate enterprises business process management innovation

摘要

According to domestic and abroad research, an effective and sustaining business process is widely considered as a key factor for a company''s success and development. With the business expanded and the personnel increased, the process management becomes more and more important in China''s real estate enterprises. After analyzing the issues, the status and the problems in procedure management, this paper is a suggestion about “three stages” in business procedure establish, including procedure construction, procedure optimization, and procedure smoothing for China''s real estate enterprises.
