Research on factors that influence the growth of enterprises listed in GEM board

摘要

The launching of Chinese GEB is playing a important role in the development of SMEs. However, due to both of the subjective and objective reason, the pullulation of the GEB enterprises faces a lot of difficulties, and the research focus on their pullulation and investment value. The paper researches the influencing factors of retail-listed corporation growth in factor analysis method and multi-variable regressin model, using empirical data. According to the real diagnosis analysis result, the paper constructs theanalysis framework of SMEs growth influential factors from theoretical view, and applies macro-policy suggestions and micro-action instructions for Chinese GEB enterprises development from practice view
