摘要

Mass customization is a new mode of production which truly satisfies customers real needs without sacrificing the costs and benefits of enterprises, it will become a mainstream manufacturing production in 21st century. The agile supply chain is a dynamic network constituted by various independent entities in the competition and cooperation, non-equilibrium dynamics of the market environment. At shortening the product lifecycle, on time delivery, product customization, improvement services and many other needs, research according to the incentive mechanism in the mass customization of the agile supply chain has the promotional significance for improving the entire supply chain management.
