Culture Education in English Language Teaching

摘要

Culture education is a very important part in English language teaching.As we say, language is the carrier of culture while culture is embodied by language. This article thus intends to inquire into the relations between culture and English language teaching, the meanings of culture, the significance of understanding cultural differences and the ways of carrying out culture teaching in the teaching of the English language.
