Employment for computer majored graduates from general colleges is not desirable at present.The main reason is that students are offered most computer theory courses but few practical courses at college, thus fail to match what the employer needs after leaving school.Consider the fact that computer majored students from Tianjin university of commerce have a sound theory background but weak practical working ability, the paper studies a cooperation model established by Tianjin University of Commerce and extramural enterprises, and how it is reformed on course offered, and effect guarantee to achieve the talent cultivation goal.
