For obtaining fundamental interests, enterprises should cooperate for "win-win". Howevei it should be realized that, competition is absolute and the ultimate goal of cooperation is to achieve a competition in a wider extent or at a higher level; meanwhile, cooperation ii simply an approach while construction of the strategic advantage is the basic goal. For best dominance, the enterprise can alter or improve its strategic game pattern by modification or improvement of game player, additional values, rules, strategies and scope, etc.
