The effective quality evaluation factors of test papers are analyzed and determined based on the characteristics of test papers. A set of quality evaluation factors for test papers is built. Grey Theory is utilized to evaluate the quality of different types of test papers based on these factors, which offers scientific basis for quality evaluations.
