Reflections on future development of high-level sports teams in Jiangxi regular institutions of higher learning

摘要

The paper is designed to put forward several targeted suggestions in allusion to the issues appeared in routine training and administration of high-level sports teams in seven Jiangxi regular institutions of higher learning, such as lack of fund, shortage student source, the contradiction between team members' routine study and after-class training, etc.
