摘要

It is an urgent problem of Chinese city in the process of urbanization how to upgrade the quality of more scientific and feasible urban construction, enrich urban landscape effect, create a good and harmonious city livable environment, and make the most of scarce urban land resources, unleash the largest functional efficiency of urban land, and promote science building of a more healthy and orderly city. In this paper, we study mainly on a high-rise architectural complex in Changsha city and regard it as the urban residential ecological unit. Through testing local environment of high-rise architectural complex from different regions, function and surrounded degree, we collect environmental experiment data to make environmental impact assessment. Then we summarize interrelated contents such as environmental impact of various small regional model and different surrounded degree ,the regional city wind formation. Through correlation analysis on environmental capacity and urban volume fraction of ecological unit,we point out the effect of regional environment in the present stage of building high-rise architectural complex. It can provide support for high-rise architectural complex's planning strategy in future to be beneficial to the integration of urban space in order to create city livable environment in the space of high-rise architectural complex.
